Hong Kong film produced by Cinema City were a staple of my life in the 1980's. One of them, "The Happy Ghost", a comedy horror from 1984 produced many well known female stars of the 80's - Lolita Lee, Fennie Yuen, May Lo, just to name a few. The love theme of the first installment in the series was written by, then cantopop superstar, Danny Chan and sang by Sandy Lamb. It was an instant hit in the Cantonese world back then. Sandy also played a very loveable role in the movie.
適逢《開心鬼》四十週年，然後最近又睇到新藝城老闆兼編劇王百鳴先生夾BAND打鼓翻唱這首40年的金典，小弟也製作了一個版本與大家分享！

【戀愛預告】在台灣版的《開心鬼》電影裡面是用純音樂版呈現的。香港版則是林珊珊的粵語演唱版。後來陳百強翻唱了這首他為林珊珊寫的作品，也對編曲做了一些修改：第一節的鋼琴改成了抒情的木吉他，電吉他沒有了古箏明顯一點，外加優美的弦樂。我的版本結合了兩者的特點，希望你會喜歡！
In the original 1984 HK film, the love theme was originally performed by Sandy Lamb in Cantonese in the scene where Lolita Lee spend the night with the boy she met at the beach. In the Taiwan version, an instrumental version was played instead. In a later album, Danny Chan produced and recorded a cover of this song he wrote for Sandy and made several changes - the piano in the first verse was replaced by a romantic arpeggio on the acoustic guitar, no electric guitar and the Guzheng was made more notable and the addition of a beautiful strings section. My cover combines the characteristics of both versions. Hope you like it !
